OffStage is an autonomous AI manager for independent artists. Gig bookings. Social media. Royalties. Playlist pitching. Running 24/7, so you don't have to.
You didn't sign up to be a booking agent, marketing manager, and accountant. But here you are.
Cold-emailing 40 venues to land 2 gigs. Negotiating fees. Chasing confirmations. Following up three times before anyone responds. It's a part-time job just to get on stage.
Your music is on 20+ platforms. Half of them owe you money you'll never see because nobody's watching. Missed splits. Unclaimed mechanical royalties. DSP discrepancies nobody notices.
Every platform wants content daily. TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube — each with its own algorithm. The moment you go quiet, the audience you built disappears. It's a treadmill that never stops.
OffStage doesn't give you dashboards to stare at. It does the actual work — autonomously, around the clock, while you're making music.
Schedules posts tailored to each platform. Engages with fans in your voice. Analyzes what converts to streams and adjusts. Your socials grow while you're in the booth.
Researches venues that match your genre and draw. Sends pitches. Follows up. Gets responses. You just show up and perform.
Monitors every platform where your music earns. Flags discrepancies. Makes sure you're getting paid for every stream, every sync, every download.
Finds curators who actually play your genre. Crafts personal pitches for each one. Tracks opens, responses, follow-ups — automatically. Your music finds the right ears without you lifting a finger.
No lengthy onboarding. No management meeting. OffStage learns your world fast and gets to work.
Link Spotify for Artists, your social channels, distributor, and calendar. OffStage pulls the data it needs to understand where you are and where you're going.
Tell OffStage your sound, your goals, your audience, your non-negotiables. It builds a model of your artistic identity — so every action it takes sounds like you, not a template.
Pitches go out. Posts get scheduled. Venues get emailed. Royalty dashboards update. You get a weekly report of what it did. You stay in the studio.
We're opening OffStage to a small group of founding members first. These are the artists who'll shape what the product becomes.
Invite-only. We review every application.
No credit card. We'll notify you when ready.
It takes actions. OffStage is not a dashboard or a recommendation engine. It sends emails, schedules posts, submits pitches, and flags royalty discrepancies — autonomously. You approve the overall strategy; it executes the details. You'll get a weekly report of everything it did, with options to adjust.
Yes. When you set up your OffStage profile, you define boundaries — venues you won't play, content topics that are off-limits, fee minimums, tones you don't want used in outreach. OffStage operates within those constraints. You can update them anytime, and it adapts immediately.
It doesn't confirm bookings without your sign-off. OffStage handles all the outreach and negotiation — finding venues, sending pitches, following up, getting to a verbal agreement. But it surfaces each confirmed opportunity to you before anything is locked in. You're the one who says yes.
Onboarding includes a brand calibration session — you share examples of content you love, describe your sound, explain your audience, and flag things that feel off-brand. OffStage uses that to build a voice model it applies to every piece of content and outreach it creates. It also learns from your feedback over time.
Social: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube. Royalties: major DSPs including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Tidal, and your distributor (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby). Playlist pitching: independent curators, editorial playlists where submissions are open. More integrations are in development.
Founding members get full access to all four OffStage modules ($79/mo, locked forever), direct input on the product roadmap, and we personally review every application to make sure it's a good fit. The standard waitlist ($29/mo when we open publicly) will have core features and a self-service onboarding — no application required, no direct team access.
We're onboarding founding members on a rolling basis starting now. Each artist gets a 1-on-1 setup session with the team. We're keeping the first cohort small deliberately — we want to get it right before we open the floodgates. Apply, and if you're a fit, you'll hear from us within a week.
